Benoit Lafortune's degree in Management has led to over 20 years of management leadership in sales, marketing and market development in the transportation industry. With his extensive experience, he has been called upon to build and lead successful sales teams for a number of leading North American manufacturers. He is particularly skilled at designing and implementing new business plans in highly competitive markets. He has held positions in Sales and Marketing Administration for a number of high profile companies in both Canada and the US, such as Bombardier, Evinrude and Johnson Marine, Ski-Doo and Sea-Doo recreational vehicles. Ben also travels extensively to develop new business overseas, including Demers Ambulances operations in Ireland, Germany, the Middle East, Russia and Africa. He is a shareholder in Paul Demers & Sons, Inc., and serves as a key member of the Demers Management Team, reporting directly to the President.

Ben oversees Demers Ambulances' response to customers' specifications, and acts as the principal management liaison with customers. He manages Demers Ambulances sales & marketing strategies and activities and is responsible for market development.
