Rick Reddekopp has over 38 years of experience in the EMS field, specializing in manufacturing, sales, marketing and after-sales service of ambulances. He founded Advanced Response Vehicles Inc (ARVI) in 1992 and joined the Demers team & network in 2005 as General Manager of ARVI. Mr. Reddekopp began his career as an employee of Crescent Ambulance in Saskatoon, and in 1974 was one of the first nationally registered EMT's (class of 24) in Saskatchewan. He purchased /operated four unit ambulance services, and in 1975 was CEO of Shamrock Ambulance Care Ltd. in Wadena, Saskatchewan. He served on the Saskatchewan Ambulance Association board for six years, and is currently on the Diakonos Advisory Board. In 1983, Mr. Reddekopp was also an employee with Saskatchewan Health as an Ambulance Consultant.
