Transaction terms are confidential.<\/p><p>This acquisition represents an important step in the development of DBC, strengthening its position among the leading ambulance manufacturers in North America. With the addition of Medix, DBC now counts more than 1,140 employees across 12 production and service sites in Canada and the United States.<\/p><p>\u201cThe integration of Medix marks a significant moment for our organization,\u201d said Alain Brunelle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Demers Braun Crestline. \u201cMedix contributes strong capabilities and a recognized product offering, allowing us to reinforce our portfolio and support a broader range of customers across North America and in over 40 countries.
