The MMC<\/a> multiplex features an intuitive, touchscreen-based interface that centralizes control of key ambulance functions, including lighting, Liquid Spring suspensions, and suction systems. Its touchscreen layout improves ergonomics, frees console space, and gives paramedics direct, streamlined access to more functions from a single point of control.<\/p>

Because the MMC multiplex is built on a modular architecture, it offers greater design and configuration flexibility\u2014supporting a wider range of options and allowing EMS services to adapt the vehicle to their operational needs. Interconnectivity remains central to the MMC<\/a> multiplex. The system interfaces with evolving chassis technologies and provides access to more than 100 signals through AVL-CAN. As telematics becomes increasingly important\u2014especially for electric vehicle deployment\u2014the ability to monitor state of charge at dispatch will be crucial. With more solution providers entering the market, Demers aims to remain brand-agnostic, providing hardware that accommodates broader functionality.<\/p>
