Results of 2024 PSW Photo contest

Beloeil, Québec – May 2024 — To mark Paramedic Services Week, Demers Ambulances invited EMS professionals across Canada to capture and share moments that reflect their daily work, dedication, and pride. The response was incredible — a flood of powerful, creative, and heartfelt photos that offered a unique window into the life of paramedics nationwide.

A special thank you to participants

This year’s contest was a true success thanks to the enthusiasm of EMS professionals from every region. Each photo submission told a story of teamwork, compassion, and commitment to serving communities.

Demers extends sincere thanks to every paramedic who took the time to share their experiences through photography. Reviewing each entry was both inspiring and humbling, reminding us once again of the depth of dedication that defines this profession.

New category inspored by Northern Lights

Originally featuring three categories  (Vehicle, Response scene, and Team), the 2024 edition introduced a special Northern Lights category. The addition came naturally after receiving a stunning number of photos capturing this rare and breathtaking phenomenon, a fitting symbol of the light paramedics bring to their communities every day.

Congratulations to our 2024 winners!
