Essential training for a successful start
Building a vehicle designed to save lives requires care, precision, and purpose. That’s why every new production employee begins with hands-on training at the Demers Training Centre. Our goal is to ensure everyone gains the confidence and autonomy they need before stepping onto the shop floor.
A structured path
Our core training program includes an intensive 3-to-4-day session that combines classroom learning and practical workshops. New team members tour the factory, complete safety and health modules, learn how to read technical drawings, and get hands-on experience with the tools used in ambulance manufacturing.
Participants are introduced to Demers’ work environment, vocabulary, quality standards, and production methods, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed.
Multidisciplinary learning to grow your skills
At the Demers Training Centre, we believe learning is a lifelong process. That’s why we offer specialized courses not just for newcomers, but also for experienced employees.
