November 23, 2022 – Beloeil, Québec. Demers Ambulances is pleased to announce the appointment of Brice Ravussin as Vice President, Customer Care and Aftermarket Programs for Canada. This new leadership role strengthens Demers’ commitment to supporting fleet managers with dependable aftermarket services, lifecycle planning, and customer care that match operational realities across the country.
In this position, Brice Ravussin will oversee customer care and aftermarket initiatives for Demers and Crestline Ambulances, as well as Crestline’s bus division in Canada. He will also collaborate with the U.S. customer care team and support the dealer network for Demers and Crestline vehicles sold in the United States.
A background rooted in operational rigour
With more than 12 years in the aerospace sector, Brice Ravussin has held leadership positions across supply chain, strategic planning, customer service, and business development. His career includes key roles at Alta Precision, Thales Avionics, and Safran Landing Systems, where he gained extensive experience in delivering reliable products and disciplined service operations.
Most recently, he led the customer service division at Dehumidified Air Solutions, further demonstrating his ability to structure teams, improve response processes, and strengthen the customer experience. He holds a degree in international business and a master’s in supply chain management from the Institute for Supply Chain Excellence at KEDGE Business School.
Strengthening Demers’ aftermarket strategy
Brice Ravussin’s mandate is focused on expanding Demers’ aftermarket capabilities, improving service continuity, and reinforcing long-term fleet support. His leadership will help enhance repair programs, optimize customer communication, and support vehicle performance throughout the ambulance lifecycle. For fleet managers, this appointment reflects Demers’ ongoing effort to provide responsive, structured, and reliable service solutions.
