September 6th, 2024 – Beloeil, Quebec. Demers is pleased to announce the retirement of Gary Masson, our esteemed Ontario Regional Sales Manager, and to welcome Jamie Wagner as the new Regional Sales Manager for Ontario.
For EMS leaders managing fleets across Ontario, continuity and trusted relationships are central to long-term planning. This year marks an important transition for the Demers and Crestline community in the province, one that strengthens our commitment to supporting Ontario ambulance sales and after-sales guidance with an experienced, expanded team.
Honouring Gary Masson’s years of dedication
After nearly 13 years supporting Ontario services, Gary Masson will retire at the end of October 2024. He will continue part-time through November and December to ensure a smooth handover. Gary’s work has shaped strong relationships and contributed to Crestline, and more recently DBCM, in meaningful ways. His presence across the province will be missed, and we thank him sincerely for his commitment.
Welcoming Jamie Wagner as Ontario’s new regional sales manager
To maintain continuity and strengthen our support, Jamie Wagner joined our team on September 3rd, 2024. Based in Sudbury, Jamie brings deep experience in emergency care and medical technology. At Philips Canada, she served as National Channel Account Manager for the Emergency Care and Cardiology Division, where she built partner strategies, supported clinical teams, and maintained strong customer relationships.
Before that, Jamie held leadership roles at Stryker Canada, working in the Emergency Care Division as a Certified Field Manager and Eastern Canada Account Manager. She also contributed to sales training and national medical education programs. Her technical background and collaborative approach will be valuable to EMS leaders evaluating vehicle platforms and planning future fleet requirements.
A new structure for Ontario ambulance sales
Beginning this fall, customer support will shift to a geography-based model across both Demers and Crestline:
- Northern and Eastern Ontario: Jamie Wagner
- Central and Southern Ontario: Andrew Robert
This alignment reflects how EMS organizations operate and makes it easier for services to connect with a single representative who understands their regional needs. Specific customer assignments will be shared directly to ensure clarity and continuity throughout the transition.
Over the coming weeks, Jamie, Gary, and Andrew will meet with services across Ontario to support planning and ensure a seamless transition. We also look forward to connecting at the Ontario Association of Paramedic Chiefs Fall Symposium at Blue Mountain.
