Demers Braun Crestline (DBC), a subsidiary of Demers Braun Ambulance Manufacturer, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Medix Specialty Vehicles, a final-stage ambulance manufacturer based in Elkhart, Indiana. Transaction terms are confidential.
This acquisition represents an important step in the development of DBC, strengthening its position among the leading ambulance manufacturers in North America. With the addition of Medix, DBC now counts more than 1,140 employees across 12 production and service sites in Canada and the United States.
