May 7th, Beloeil, QC — As Paramedic Services Week approaches (May 17–23, 2026), Demers Ambulances proudly recognizes the dedication, resilience, and humanity of paramedics across Canada and beyond. Every day, they step into unpredictable situations with professionalism and compassion, making a meaningful difference when it matters most.
At Demers, this reality is what drives us. We design our ambulances for them, with a focus on their safety, ergonomics, and vehicle performance, so paramedics can deliver the highest level of care, wherever their work takes them.
To mark this important week, Demers is once again launching its annual Photo Contest, in collaboration with Crestline Coach.
More than a contest, this initiative has become a platform for paramedics to share their reality through powerful images that reflect teamwork, pride, and the everyday moments that define their profession.
Following a record-breaking edition in 2025, with over 130 submissions from across the country, the contest continues to grow as a meaningful expression of the paramedic community. From action scenes in challenging environments to moments of camaraderie and vehicle pride, each photo tells a story worth sharing.
This year, paramedics are invited to participate under the theme “Together, for better outcomes.”
Participants can submit photos in three categories:
- Team
- Vehicle
- Reality in the field
Winning teams will receive $350 toward a station lunch, which is a simple way to celebrate together and recognize their contribution.
We extend our sincere thanks to all those who have participated in past editions (find 2024 contestants here). Your photos not only showcase your work, but they also help us better understand your reality and continue improving how we support you.
“Paramedics are at the heart of everything we do. Their reality inspires our innovations, and their stories remind us why our work matters.”
Michel Pelletier, Demers Vice-President and General Manager
