When Madison County (VA) went looking for a new ambulance to add to their fleet, they considered paramedic safety and convenience, the ability to maneuver through their first response area and handle wet/snowy roads as well as their budget. Their choice was a well-equipped Demers 4×4 Sprinter Type II. It features an auxiliary 120V AC / heater combo, Stryker PowerLoad and custom-configured ALS storage.
